Martial Arts and Yoga Combined one to one class

Fancy a relaxing class that combines Martial Arts with Yoga and relaxation techniques that will promote harmony between mind & body. The class starts with Yoga Stretching & Breathing followed by slow and gentle Martial Arts techniques to produce a mindfulness state of being.
The Class takes place at my home address in Walton on a 1 to 1 situation or a friend can come along.
