We are looking for a revenues assistant who ideally has previous experience as a reservationist or has an extensive knowledge of the Fidelio/Opera system. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling the hotel and achieving maximum room capacity at all times for bedrooms and events spaces. Ensuring all sales enquiries are dealt with in a proactive a manner whilst maintaining an accurate database of potential business opportunities which will be used for mail shots and sales activities planned through the year of which you will be an integral part. You will need to be passionate, an excellent communicator with the ability to build new relationships as well as nurture existing ones.
