CLAIMANT RTA SOLICITOR / LEGAL EXECUTIVE / FEE EARNER

£25000 - £35000

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Claimant RTA Solicitor / Legal executive or Fee earner required to work as part of a team in a busy department to own caseload of 300-350 fast track files.
Must have Litigation experience along with knowledge of credit hire. You will be expected to supervise Junior clerks who will assist with working on those files. Must have litigation experience, be self sufficient and have experience using case management system. Knowledge of Credit hire issues preferable.
