Liverpool Pilates and Yoga with Colin
One to one training is the modern day approach to fitness and keeping fit. Have you ever attended classes and you were often held back because of different levels and abilities in the class and you thought you could have maybe progressed more?

Instructors have a hard job teaching classes of mixed abilities some people love classes and some people totally hate them for various reasons. If you are one of these ever thought about one to one tuition?
We live in the world of credit crunch at the moment. However think of the cost of a daily trip to starbucks or down the pub. What about the cost of a football game not to mention the couple of drinks before the game and after the game. Sometimes attending fitness base classes save you money in the long run people then generally drink less , eat less and either pack smoking in or cut down. Just think your class with me might actually help you to save money and help you produce a much more healthy lifestyle for yourself.
DETAILS ABOUT THE CLASSES
All the classes are conducted at my home address in the Walton area of Liverpool. This will currently save you between £ 15 - £ 20 hall fee. If you live local I might be able to visit you. However you will need a certain amount of space for insurance reasons to conduct a class at your home address. I currently have people attending my classes from as far as Formby and the Wirral.
I will provide the necessary equipment for the classes. You will not need to bring anything with you at all. The classes are totally stressed free and students are allowed to work up to their own particular fitness level. I am a fully qualified instructor with over 23 years coaching experience. I also hold a current upto date CRB check and fully insured and qualified.
CLASSES OFFERED.
Hatha Yoga
A specialized class using techniques to help tone and stretch the muscles as well as relax the mind and body. Core stability exercises will be included into the class.
Gentle Pilates
This is a total all Core stability Class.
Power Pilates
Pilates together with various equipment Fit ball etc.
Yogapilates / Pilatesyoga
Offer the best of both worlds. The two combined into one.
Professional Relaxation therapy.
A totally relaxed class to calm your mind and body which includes several subjects into one.
Body & Mind Chill Out.
Combines gentle Yoga , Pilates , 10 mindfulness exercises , Reiki , Breathing , Meditation , Shiatsu , Correct breathing etc.
Total complete fitness yoga
This class combines cardiovascular fitness with Yoga stretching and core stability training.
Yoga Cross Training
This class is suitable for people who wish to use Yoga to improve their chosen sport by increasing and developing flexibility in all areas of the body and creating greater body awareness.
Yoga on the Ball
This class uses the fitness stability ball to practice Yoga postures on. It also includes lot of core stability training. Its and excellent class to build up flexibility as well as strength and endurance.
Yoga Combined Tai Chi
This class combines Yoga , Tai Chi and breathing and relaxation techniques. it includes a Level 1 program and Level 2 program. Its the ultimate in mind and body training systems.
Soma Ki Yoga
This class combines all the above classes into one.
Stretch and Relaxation class.
This class focuses on two main aims. Firstly to stretch and lengthen all the main muscles of the body and secondly to use controlled breathing to calm the body and mind and reduce stress.
Power Stretch
This class uses deep stretching techniques and the stretch is held for up to 1 minute and longer on certain stretches.
Core stability ball
This class uses the core stability ball to practice a variation of different exercises.
