Professional, easy-going young dude looking for a short-term lodger (ASAP through the end of August). It's a one bedroom, but I'm strapped for cash at the minute -- so I'll grab the sofa in the living room, and the bedroom (with TV and wardrobes) would be yours.

My flat's just spitting distance from Sefton Park in a gorgrous converted Victorian. Bus stops for the 80, 80A, 74, 75 buses (taking you to town in about ten minutes or less) are just around the corner from the house. Most importantly the offy is only a five minute walk away.

The place comprises:
a good sized bedroom with a double bed and two wardrobes
a big bathroom filled with discount products
a dodgy computer with very slow internet access
a tiny fridge/freezer
a few decorative plants
two TVs
a DVD player
a loud washer/dryer
and gallons of cynicism...
...occasional mirth.

Asking for a £200 (roughly one month) deposit, just to have some assurance that my computer (the dodgy one mentioned above) and 90s alt-rock CDs don't get stolen or damaged.

I work 9 - 5 and am often out during the week and weekends, so you wouldn't have to deal with my ugly mug about all the time. I do have my mates over sometimes however and my adorable boyfriend is round quite a bit, so this situation would probably best suit someone sociable... although miserable bastards who I'm not likely to see outside the room more than once a week are also welcome to apply. Also, gender/race/sexuality/shoe size not an issue at all. But you must be clean.
