Our Champagne and Cocktail Bars are stylish and sophisticated venues that are always attached to a Michael Caines Restaurant. Yet they are stand-alone destinations in their own right, too, serving a range of outstanding Champagnes by the flûte or bottle and classic and innovative cocktails.

As Champagne Bar Manager you will be involved in all aspects of the business including staff development, customer service, recruiting and financial controls. Experience within a similar role is essential.
