As part of our expansion programme we are looking to recruit both trainee and experienced recruitment consultants to compliment the existing team based in our prestigious London and Manchester offices.

Our ethos is simple, we look after our recruitment consultants and we hire individuals who want a career not just a job; we offer a 4 week initial training programme, ongoing skills development and 60% of our existing team are being sponsored to complete further education programmes, such as MBA's, CIPD, CIM's and MSc's. All our senior consultant / management team are individuals who have been developed internally and due to the flexible nature of our organisational structure we are able to tailor career development programmes to suit individuals skills and desires.

We offer a very competitive basic salary; between £15,000 - £30,000pa,plus full benefits package including healthcare, pension, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, sponsored further education and an uncapped bonus scheme with high earning potential.
