Banking Service and Control Manager
Our client is a leading Retail Banking Group who is currently looking to recruit a Retail Banking Service and Control Manager for their St Annes branch. If you have retail banking experience and are familiar with branch procedures, compliance and processes, please read on.
The role will involve:
· Ensuring the branch gives the best customer service experience on the high street.
· Managing the branch within quality and control procedures, ensuring risks are identified & addressed
· Ensure the branch environment and team operate within defined policies and procedures in line with regulatory and financial security requirements and all areas of risk detailed in the Branch Risk Management and Control Manual.
· Ensure that new procedures are implemented effectively in the branch and all staff are aware and trained in these procedures
· Generate sales by engaging customers in conversations about making money, saving money, and saving time by referring to an appropriate colleague
· Being responsible for branch team training and giving them the direction and coaching they need to drive sales whilst meeting all other regulatory and financial security requirements.
· Lead the team to perform at the highest of standards, driving targets
· Oversee the appearance of the branch.
Ultimately you will combine your experience of managing a customer-facing financial services team with a detailed understanding of branch control procedures and financial security.
