Restaurant Manager, 4 star hotel near Chester. The hotel is set in fantastic country side near to Chester. The hotel is a wedding venue with a large number of weddings every year. The hotel is also a destination for the Restaurant which is a multi award winning restaurant. The hotel also have conference rooms, banqueting rooms for formal dinners, modern bedrooms and a lounge.

The role:
As Restaurant Manager you will manage the hotel Restaurant. This will involve managing the restaurant team, developing the team, increasing sales, promoting the restaurant and improving standards.

Experience:
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager with previous experience as a Restaurant Manager within a Rosette Restaurant or fine dining restaurant.
