Premier Acting and Performance School P.A.P.S looking for pupils now
P.A.P.S are Wirral’s new and exciting premiere performing arts school!
P.A.P.S consists of a team of the best of Merseyside’s industry professionals who will teach our pupils at the highest level with lessons in acting, singing and dance. There will be weekly sessions of 3 hours; 1 hour of dance, 1 hour of acting and 50 minutes of singing with a ten minute break. There will be regular performances and unlike any other stage school, we will incorporate tuition about the industry and “what to do next” for our older pupils.
There will be two age groups at P.A.P.S:
• Age 9-13
• Age 14-18
Classes for both age groups with run in conjunction with each other, on the same day at the same time.
P.A.P.S will also receive regular visits from other known industry professionals, who will conduct master classes and Q&As, giving our pupils a real taste of the industry.
P.A.P.S will also soon be running in conjunction with Caral Management. They currently work with bands and musicians, however Caral Management is opening it’s agency shortly and will be signing on a limited number of actors/actresses, dancers and much more. This is an exciting opportunity for our P.A.P.S pupils as our talented, older pupils will all be considered for the agency and will then receive further advice and coaching for a career in the industry. This is something no other performing arts school offers and we feel strongly about helping pupils who want to pursue the performing arts as a career. It can be extremely daunting and difficult getting started in this industry and performers often find themselves stuck trying to find an agent. Agents want to see you perform before they sign you up, but often you can’t get a performance without an agent! It is a vicious circle, but at Caral Management we want to give opportunities to people at the start of their career, the most difficult stage!
P.A.P.S is looking for a small selection of talented youngsters that we believe has the potential to excel. P.A.P.S will only accept hard working pupils, however having fun is of the utmost importance.
