Martial Art and Yoga combined 1 to 1 Class
Fancy a relaxing class that combines Martial Arts with Yoga and relaxation techniques that will promote harmony between mind & body. The class starts with Yoga Stretching & Breathing followed by slow and gentle Martial Arts techniques to produce a mindfulness state of being.
The Class takes place at my home address in Walton on a 1 to 1 situation or a friend can come along.
Class times
Monday 7am till 8am 1pm till 2pm or2pm till 3pm
Tuesday 1pm till 2pm or 2pm till 3pm
Wednesday 7am till 8am 1pm till 2pm or 2pm till 3pm
Thursday 1pm till 2pm or 3pm till 4pm
Friday 7am till 8 am 1pm till 2pm
Saturday 7pm till 8pm
Sunday 5pm till 6pm , 6pm till 7pm or 8pm till 9pm.
