I have worked within health and socal care and I am offering a service providing support to orginise and plan holidays, activities, respite and social activities. I will visit you for a consultation to help plan your holiday or activity a full support plan and risk assesment to meet your needs will be produced. Support will be offerd on your chosen holiday or activities. Current CRB andNVQ 3. Male or Female support offered. Full confidentuality will be given.
