Are you a Stockbroker or Investment Manager?

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Stockbroker/Investment Manager to join this established and well-respected company. They are looking to recruit an experienced practitioner, who will become an integral part of a productive, friendly and efficient team.

The role will include building a rapport with both existing and new clients, advising them on their investments, whilst keeping them informed as market and economic developments dictate.

A transferable customer base would be an advantage, however individuals with a business model and record of accomplishment, within stock broking, will be considered. An ability and credibility, to build professional contacts and relationships, would be a distinct advantage.

Candidates will need present, or very recent, CF30 status and have their SII qualifications (Reggie Rep, Certificate in Securities, ideally with Unit 8, retail). Enthusiasm, a good grasp of figures and excellent interpersonal skills are as always, a prerequisite for the role.

In return, the successful candidate will be offered a negotiable guaranteed income, payable for up to 6 months and a realistic first year OTE of between £25K - £35K uncapped. (considerably more with the benefit of transferable clients and contacts). There is also a rewarding commission and bonus structure and a generous employee benefits package. Guidance and assistance will be given to achieve revenue through business development and relationship building with both existing and new clients. This is not just a desk in the corner and a telephone role.
