I'm an easy-going but responsible lad in my late twenties with a full time professional career taking up much of my time and calling me away for long periods hence you'll ideally be trustworthy and responsible!

I reckon it would suit a young professional or university staff/postgrad. Do not mind if you are male/female or a couple (rent for a couple will be 500.00 pcm between you). Ideally you'll be aged in your late twenties/thirties. You must be a non-smoker

The rent cited above is inclusive of main bills (gas/elec//CTax/water). The rent, and the split on the phone and sky bills is negotiable dependant on circumstances. Although it is very cheap for what you are getting, it reflects the fact I want the right tenant/s who'll I'll be happy sharing with and can trust.
