As Reception Manager you will need enthusiasm and a hands-on approach in order to nurture our positive customer service culture. You will oversee all aspects of reception and be involved in staff development, customer service, recruiting and financial controls.
This role requires someone with presence, someone who wants to be the face of the hotel for guests and staff. You will like motivating people and enjoying the buzz of very busy hotel. Ideally we are looking for someone who is currently in a similar role and has a sound knowledge of front of house, sales and catering systems and an understanding of P&L, budgeting and forecasting.
