Dynamic Head Chef required for well established, busy Restaurant & Wine Bar in Penny Lane, Liverpool..
Applicants must have held a similar position for minimum of 2 years.
You will have the ability to manage a small team, meet the required GP, maintain sufficient stock levels and carry out weekly stock takes.

You must also be able to train, communicate, rota and delegate, and will possess great communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with the team, and continually work to develop their skills.

Working hours are approximately 40-50 hours per week, on a split shift roata, including evenings and weekends.

You must be the best chef/cook, with a very keen eye for Consistancy & detail.
