FEE EARNER - Insurance Litigation

£23k+

Our client is one of the foremost insurance litigation firms in the UK acting for over 30 major insurance organisations. Due to the success and growth, they are currently recruiting for a number of Fee Earners.

You will be required to handle large volumes of pre-litigated, small and fast track litigated cases. The key focus of this role is to pursue settlement of files as soon as possible whilst ensuringg client guidlines are followed. We arelooking for excellent credit hire Litigators who have an understanding and experience of handling Credit Hire files, formulate a strategy and liaise with insured and insurers where necessary.

Must have experience of Litigation and handling Credit Hire files with evidence of managing oen caseload.
Ability to use own initiative and ability to plan and prioritise workloads is essential.
Good telephone and negotiation skills.
Ability to make decisions and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Good IT Skills including Word, Outlook and experience of a Case Management System preferred
