I have 3 rooms available, two double and one single. The house is in Wavertree, close to the new sports centre which is great if you like sport like myself. The rooms are newly furnished and decorated with new beds; they also have laminate floors, gas central heating. The kitchen has, cooker, microwave cooker, washing machine and is fully equipped with everything you would need e.g.; pots and pans etc.The rent is 55 pounds a week which includes the water charges, but not other bills.
I am just finishing my first year at Hope Uni, studying primary teaching. I am dedicated to my course and also enjoy all sports, going out with friends, shopping and staying in. I love having somewhere which to call home and like to keep it as clean and tidy as possible, not always easy when the pressure is on. I am looking for house mates who are twenty plus with similar likes and interests as myself and none smokers. looking forward to hearing from you.
