HAPPY TIME WITH PILATES AND YOGA

Like to study yoga or pilates on a 1to1 situation but you always thought it was for women and little old ladies? Well read on.

I was reading an interesting news report the other day in the sunday mirrow. It was a news report that the SAS now train with Yoga and Pilates. It stated that they are using Pilates as part of its rigorous training regime. It said in the report that Yoga and Pilates are excellent for building up strength and it helps the troopers deal with mental stress in combat. I also know these days that many footballers are also using Yoga to prelong their game. Yoga and Pilates are often thought to be exercises for women. However I personally think that this view need to be changed and I thought that the article would promote a different type of imagine to the public. People who come to practice Yoga and Pilates with me are often surprised how hard the classes can be and what people need to understand is that there are different levels in both Pilates and Yoga. Anything from gentle to power classes. So it is not just for little old ladies! Pilates and Yoga are for everyone.

THIS CLASS USES BASIC PILATES MOVEMENTS TO CORRECT AND IMPROVE POSTURE. WEAKNESS CAN OCCUR IN EVERYDAY LIFE IF A BAD POSTURE IS MAINTAINED. THIS CLASS FOCUSES ON CORRECT POSTURE, CORRECT BREATHING USING GENTLE PILATES. A GOOD CLASS TO ATTEND IF YOU ARE THINKING OF ATTENDING THE MORE ADVANCED PILATES CLASSES

****60 MINUTES PILATES ABDOMINAL BLASTER*******NEW CLASS

A CLASS THAT WORKS ON THE MID SECTION. STOMACH AND BACK. MANY PEOPLE SUFFER BACK PROBLEMS AS A RESULT OF WEAK ABDOMINALS AND WEAK BACKS. IT’S IMPORTANT THAT THE TWO BODY PARTS ARE WORKED TOGETHER. THIS IS A 60 MINUTES CLASS THAT CAN BE ADDED AT THE END OF YOUR CLASS OR STUDIED TOGETHER WITH ANOTHER SUBJECT. THERE ARE VARIOUS LEVELS TO CATER FOR EVERYONE. FROM BEGINNERS TO ADVANCED PILATES ABDOMINAL BLASTER CLASSES. VARIOUS EQUIPMENT IS ALSO USED DURING THE CLASS.
