JOB DESCRIPTION A competent Kitchen Manager / Head Chef is sought to lead, train and manage a professional brigade of 8/9 chefs. Being part of a chain and working as an integral part of a branded cafe / restaurant the Kitchen Manager will liaise with the restaurant manager to provide meals within company specifications to the required company margins.

You will need experience within: * Branded operations. * 2 or more years experience as a Kitchen Manager. * A proven track record and strong development skills. * Demonstrate an established role and good leadership skills. * Career minded and strong willed.
