The apartment is fully furnished and very modern in Royal Quay, right next to Albert Dock and the Echo Arena and only a few minutes walk from Liverpool One. It's on the third floor, and overlooks a nice courtyard area so it is quieter, but there are still views of the docks from the kitchen and lounge windows.

There are 2 good sized double bedrooms, master with an en-suite. The second bedroom is actually bigger than the master, so it's great for sharers or a couple who want some extra space. There's a good sized main bathroom, lounge, and kitchen (it's open-plan, but it's not as though the kitchen is right in the lounge like some other flats) and 2 storage closets. There's also a secure allocated parking space that comes with the flat. There are two balconies - one off the lounge and one off the master bedroom.

Unfortunatley bills and council tax are not included, sorry!
