Hi, we are 3 girls looking for 2 housemates to fill our 5 bedroom house. We were unfortunately let down by our old two housemates at the end of term due to money problems. I'm Charlotte, 22, a vet student, there is also Laura (another vet student) and Marianne (studying music). We are all clean and tidy about the house, study hard but always find some time to go out to have fun.

We are looking for 2 full time students to fill the rooms - one double and one large single. The house has recently been redecorated, has 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, laundry room and seperate sitting room as well as a lovely paved outside yard.

The rent is £250 per month for the single and £265 per month for the double. Water is included but other bills are not. We have wireless internet set up. The kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine, large double fridge-freezer and microwave. The house is located on Russell Road, which joins Smithdown Road with Penny Lane. It is about a minute to the main bus stop into university and city centre or alternatively a 40 minute walk to the University of Liverpool campus.
