I have a double rooms available for rent, the room is fully furnished with locker, drawer and a wardrope, it also has a separate lock and TV areal.
The house is a large, newly refurbished terrace. It has a large kitchen with dining area and there is a comfortable lounge with Sky TV. The house has wireless internet access and a phone line.
It is in the Wavertree area of Liverpool within easy access of town and the motorway. I am looking for easy going, like minded, respectable people to rent.
I work full time and would prefer professionals to rent the rooms but would also consider mature students.
