i recieved this item as a gift off one of my old customers, whose husband fought in world war two.

i have no idea about the historical significance of this item, however it is hallmarked on the back, i cant make out what the symbol is, and it has the inscription M 1/149

it has the words nationalsozialistiche D.A.P. circuling the swastika symbol, and i have no idea of the value.
