The appointment of a permanent Unit Manager of a Nursing/Residential Unit is required in Liverpool. My client is the countryside leading private healthcare organisation, providing Nursing and Residential care to elderly service users nationwide.

The skill and duties of this role include:
•Managing a team of Nurses, Carers.
•Observing and assessing new Service Users
•Overseeing the development and implementation of bespoke and complex Care Plans
•Liaising with Service Users families, GP's, District Nurse and/or Social Workers
•Ordering and administering medication
•Devising Rotas

The successful candidate will have/be
•A qualified nurse with an active PIN
•Strong communication skills
•Good management and supervisory skills
•A good knowledge of CQC regulation's is desirable but not essential
