Restaurant Manager Thai Restaurant
This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Thai Chef Solutions who are operating as an employment business. Our client is looking for a Restaurant Manager to manage their restaurant. The applicant must have a qualification or 3 years experiences at NVQ Level 3 or above. The roles for preparation of accounts; verifies that quality of food beverages and waiting service are as required and that kitchen and dining areas are kept clean in compliance with statutory requirements; checks that supplies are properly used and accounted for to prevent wastages and loss and to keep within budget limit; plans and arranges food preparation in collaboration with other staff and organises the provision of waiting or counter staff.
