I'm going travelling for 2/3 months in December and January (possibly February - negotiable) and I rent a lovely room in a flat in the city with one other person. (Lovely fella, very easy going and at home most weekends). The flat is very modern, furnished and about 3 minutes from the Albert Dock.

I pay £310 a month in rent which I feel reflects how nice this flat really is. However I am happy to pay a retainer of £100 for each month I am not there, making the flat at £210 a month an absolute steal.
