North, South and Central Wales – Employment Advisors, Recruiters, Tutors £17000 - £26000 per annum


We are a Specialist Recruitment Consultancy active in the Welfare to Work Sector. We work closely with many organisations who will be working on the Flexible New Deal Contracts due to be implemented in October 09. We are therefore searching for potential candidates for upcoming roles such as Employment Advisors, Recruiters and Tutors who want to be part of this exciting new initiative.

The Flexible New Deal will aim to find more effective ways to help more than 200,000 long-term unemployed people into work each year. Under FND, after 12 months of unemployment, claimants will be referred to private or third sector contractors, which will be paid by results to find them work.

If you have a background in Welfare to Work, New Deal Programmes, Recruitment, Tutoring, Psychology or Advisory work teamed with a focus on achieving targets then we may have a new challenge for you.
A teaching qualification or an advice and guidance qualification would also be beneficial.
