I have a one bedroomed Flat in the quiet suburb of Mossley Hill.
It is in a very respectful and intercom secure block.
I am exchanging very reluctantly as it really is a sought after area,
but I really need an extra Bedroom for when my daughter comes to stay.
There are just nine flats in the block and the other people who live in the block are all very friendly and respectful but not intrusive.
The block is nicely situated in a cul-de-sac and is just 4 minutes walk from Tescos and Allerton road.
I am particulary interested any of the High Rise blocks surrounding Sefton Park or Woolton.
However I would consider other areas.
