Hi my name is David, 25 from Liverpool. I currentley live in a flatshare in Aigburth but would like my own litlle place like a studio flat for example. I'm prepared to share a 2 bedroom place however I am fussy lol and would like anyone who has a place meeting the following criteria to please send me a reply with details. Here's what I'm looking for.

I would like to spend no more than 350 a month for everything so that means that if I'd be responsible for the bills then the rent would need to be low enough to allow the totall monthly figure to hit around the 350 mark.

I am a music producer in my spare time and so i need a place where music wont be a problem. This does not mean i am selfish and place early morning or late at night. It would be in the afternoons that its on and off by around 6pm.

The location of the property would need to be either in city centre or fairly close to allerton as this is where i work.
