They epitomise Michael’s approach and beliefs to a relaxed yet stylish fine dine experience where both the foods and wines as well as the service and ambience are of the highest order.
We are looking for a Sous Chef someone who wants to feed their development who has a positive and motivated demeanor. You will assist the head chef in menu development, working in all sections of the kitchen, and directing junior members of the team. Previous experience of a Michelin star kitchen is desirable.
Enthusiasm and a true passion for food are key to this role..
