CLAIMS HANDLER - Liverpool

£20K - £25K

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Claims Handler to join an in-house claims organisation. You will be working as part of a team of 8 claims handlers and an incident support unit reporting to the area claims manager.

The suitable candidate will have a minimum of 2 years previous claims background dealing with personal injury claims. You should be an organised and methodical person with a high degree of adaptability. You should demonstrate previous experience of handling a large and varied caseload in an extremely busy department and be used to meeting tight deadlines.

Key areas of responsibility:
Handling motor, personal Injury and EL/PL Claims
Ability to handle contentious and complex cases within allocated authority limits
Maintain Excellent working relationships for which you are providing a claims handling service and advice.
