Our Champagne and Cocktail Bars are stylish and sophisticated venues that are always attached to a Michael Caines Restaurant. Yet they are stand-alone destinations in their own right, too, serving a range of outstanding Champagnes by the flûte or bottle and classic and innovative cocktails.

We are looking for a highly talented Champagne Bar Supervisor. You will have creative flair, a sound knowledge of drinks and cocktails and be able to assist in the development and training of the bar team. The ability to deliver an exceptionally high level of customer service. Experience within a similar role is essential.
