A new and modern approach stretch class, includes some yoga postures, deep stretch, core stability exercises, tone up and relaxation. All levels welcome.

Classes at St.Johns Old School Hall, behind St.Johns Church, Rice Lane, Nr.Kwik Fit Garage. Lots of parking in school playground.

*Please let me know if you have difficulty finding the hall - it is tucked away behind the church!
CLASSES WILL RUN AS NORMAL THROUGHOUT SUMMER!
