We are looking for a Clinical Guidance Facilitator to a company that provides a range of integrated support and educational services to Children/Young people with complex needs, including both Registered Children's Homes (Ofsted) and community based provision including outreach.

The job of Clinical Guidance Facilitator (children) entails providing advice and guidance to staff around clinical and behavioural issues in accordance with company objectives, Standards, policies and procedures, and in compliance with all relevant legislation.

The clinical guidance facilitator will be responsible, as part of a team, for monitoring the Companies assessment, planning and reviewing system in relation to risk assessments, person centred planning and incident recording.

To train, motivate and lead staff around issues concerning risk assessment, person centred planning and incident recording.
