Hi,

I currently live in a lovely 3 bedroom house which is only a few years old, front drive and garden along with a large back garden, both kept in lovely condition. The house itself is very mod, large living room, hall, downstairs toilet and large kitchen, upstairs is the bathroom fitted with a shower and bath along with two nice sized bedroom and a small boxed 3rd bedroom. It is all wooden flooring throughout and carpeted on the stairs ect, fully double glazed and central heated.

It is located near the PDSA on Stanley Rd not far from Bootle strand, local to all shops and near town and schools.

I require a house move because I need to me near family or as close as I can get to them due to now being a single parent and having both work and study commitments. You must be with a housing association as I am, in order for an exchange, I am awaiting to get pictures taken but I am happy for my house to be viewed also.

You must have a 3 bedroom house, I am really wanting Wavertree/pennylane/oldswan area's but will consider area's surrounding these, a garden is not important but would be nice.
