What is IT Recruitment?
* IT Recruitment is a professional sales role and is predominantly telephone based- so B2B sales or Telesales experience is needed.
* Your role will involve new business sales to develop relationships with new clients selling IT recruitment solutions
* In summary, the role involves selling applicants to clients and clients to applicants.
* Your working day will be busy, fast moving and dynamic and you will be juggling a variety of tasks.
* This is a demanding role that is not your typical 9 - 5 job but neither are the rewards!
