Dambusters Recruitment is looking for 2 junior recruiters to work in our new office in Liverpool. Our ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to present our services to companies in a professional way. Previous experience within sales, recruitment and customer services will be required.

Your tasks will include generating new business, working with existing clients, searching and selecting suitable candidates. You will be involved with the recruitment process from beginning to end including associated administrative tasks.

We are looking for ambitious and reliable candidates who would like to be part of a growing Company, and who can operate with confidentiality and integrity. You will work alongside experienced consultants and will be given on-going training. Candidates should be willing to travel to our European office.

We offer a basic salary, bonus, plus uncapped commission. Start date 1 July.
