As Cellar and Stores Manager you will assist in achieving and exceeding agreed targets of profit and revenue through implementation of effective stock controls. You will be required to order and manage all beverage stock within the Hotel and create auditable records of stock transfers and wastages, and to maintain and update the Hotels product management computer database.
