You'll be working under the direction of the chef for this small couple-run hotel by the sea. Not suitable for those who wants to be near a city. Must be willing to be trained and later cover for the chef during days off/absences. Also willing to do other duties (eg laundry, maintenance, cleaning, gardening etc) when not on kitchen duty.
