Position: Service Advisor

Salary: £16-18,000 OTE £20-22,000

Details:
Fantastic family owned dealership group who pride themselves on their customer service. You will be working with two fellow Advisors with 9 Technicians.

Ideal Candidate:
You will need to have excellent customer service skills, be a confident relationship builder, able to influence and advise customers on minor technical issues whilst delivering a first class service but also achieving the company objectives and targets. You should be driven, motivated and dynamic.

You will be greeting customers in to the service department, extensive liaison with the workshop to chase work in progress, and keeping customers informed, and gaining authorisation for any additional work to be carried out. You will also be responsible for all upsell and invoicing. Kerridge experience would be a distinct advantage.
