hi i'v got a 2 bedroom flat here in liverpool, the flat is by sefton and princes park its about 5 minutes each way to get to the parks. The property is on sefton park road and its on a ground floor, the block has got 6 flats and is owned by cosmopolitan housing association , the rent is £70 a week, docters surgery is just down the road and the city center is 10 minutes on the bus, local shops are just round the corner and schools are just near by, the bus service is excellent and there's about 5 different buses running enroute to the city center.


i am looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom flat in london preferably north or east london but other areas will b considered. i will consider any other areas and it doesnt matter whether it is owned by housing association or council.
